What do i need?

  1. JENAN® white oats - 100g ground
  2. Minced lamb - 1 Kg
  3. Pine nuts - 50g
  4. Salt - ½ tsp
  5. Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  8. Black pepper - 1 tsp

How do i prepare it?

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix onions, pine nuts, spices, salt and Jenan oats in a large glass bowl. Add lamb; mix thoroughly with hands. Form into 8 -9 slightly flattened balls. Apply oil in a 9 by 13" baking pan. Place balls evenly apart. Bake 50 - 110 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
