What do i need?

  1. JENAN® white oats - 1 cup (roasted & ground)
  2. JENAN® white oats - 1 cup (for coating)
  3. Full cream milk - 2 cups
  4. Puff pastry - 250g (readymade)
  5. Condensed milk - 1 cup
  6. Fresh cream - ½ cup
  7. Cinnamon - 2 inches
  8. Pistachios chopped - 2 tbsp
  9. Walnuts chopped - 2 tbsp
  10. Cashew nuts chopped - 2 tbsp
  11. Pinch of nutmeg powder

How do i prepare it?

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pour milk, condensed milk, cream, Jenan oats, Jenan flour and cinnamon in a non-stick pan. Mix well and heat the mixture thoroughly. Add nutmeg powder. Break puff pastry into small pieces and put into a bowl. Add the half chopped nuts and spread the puff pastry-nuts mixture in a glass baking dish. Pour the milk mixture and add a layer of Jenan oats. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes. Bring the dish out of the oven, add remaining chopped nuts. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for 3- 4 minutes more. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve hot.
