What do i need?

  1. ¼ cup of Jenan Oats
  2. 2 bananas (chopped and pre-frozen)
  3. ¾ cup of plain Greek yoghurt
  4. 1½ cups of milk
  5. 2 tbs of honey
  6. 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

How do i prepare it?

  1. Mix the Jenan Oats and yoghurt in an air tight container
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours
  3. Once the mixture has softened, pour it into an ice-cube tray and freeze
  4. Add four of the frozen cubes mixture into reusable food bag with the chopped bananas
  5. Freeze the contents in batches for later use as and when required
  6. Toss the frozen contents into a blender with the milk, honey, cinnamon and blend
