What do i need?
- ¼ cup of Jenan Oats
- 2 bananas (chopped and pre-frozen)
- ¾ cup of plain Greek yoghurt
- 1½ cups of milk
- 2 tbs of honey
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

How do i prepare it?
- Mix the Jenan Oats and yoghurt in an air tight container
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours
- Once the mixture has softened, pour it into an ice-cube tray and freeze
- Add four of the frozen cubes mixture into reusable food bag with the chopped bananas
- Freeze the contents in batches for later use as and when required
- Toss the frozen contents into a blender with the milk, honey, cinnamon and blend
