Preheat oven to 180°C. Pour milk, condensed milk, cream, Jenan oats, Jenan flour and cinnamon in a non-stick pan. Mix well and heat the mixture thoroughly. Add nutmeg powder. Break puff pastry into small pieces and put into a bowl. Add the half chopped nuts and spread the puff pastry-nuts mixture in a glass baking dish. Pour the milk mixture and add a layer of Jenan oats. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes. Bring the dish out of the oven, add remaining chopped nuts. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for 3- 4 minutes more. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve hot.
