What do i need?

  1. 4 large Jenan Eggs
  2. ½ cup vanilla non-fat Greek yoghurt
  3. ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  4. 4 slices of wide-loaf day-old bread

For the sauce:

  1. ¾ cup vanilla non-fat Greek yoghurt
  2. ¼ cup maple-flavoured pancake syrup
  3. 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

How do i prepare it?

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce
  2. Beat the eggs, ½ cup yoghurt and cinnamon in shallow dish until blended
  3. Cut each bread slice into 3 to 4 wide sticks
  4. Soak the bread sticks in the egg mixture, turning once
  5. Coat the large non-stick skillet with cooking spray
  6. Heat over medium heat until hot
  7. Place half the bread sticks in the skillet
  8. Cook over medium-low heat until golden brown until there's no trace of liquid egg
  9. Clean the skillet and repeat to cook the remaining sticks
  10. Serve the French Toast sticks with dipping sauce
