Eggs, Flour, Oats

What do i need?

  1. Meatballs

    i. JENAN® all-purpose flour - 1 cup

    ii. JENAN® large eggs - 2

    iii.JENAN® white oats - 200g, roasted & ground

    iv Minced lamb or beef - 650g

    v. All spices powder - 1 tsp

    vi.Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp

    vii.Black pepper and salt - to taste

    viii.Cumin powder - ¼ tsp

  2. Sauce


    ii.Oil - 3 tbsp

    iii.Garlic - 1 tbsp, chopped

    iv.Onion - 1 Cup, chopped

    v.Tomato - 2 Cups, blended

    vi.Tomato paste - 1 tbsp

    vii.Chicken stock - 1 cup

    viii.Capsicum - 1 Cup, thinly diced

    ix.Black pepper and salt - to taste

How do i prepare it?

  1. Meatballs: Rinse thoroughly and drain minced meat. Add all ingredients except Jenan flour and oil. Mix gently and chill for 2 hours. Make small balls (cherry sized). Heat oil in pan. Lightly coat meatballs in Jenan flour, dip in whisked Jenan eggs and again coat with Jenan flour. Deep fry and drain excess oil on paper.
  2. Sauce: Fry onion and garlic in oil till translucent. Add blended tomato, tomato paste, stock, salt and pepper; boil. Stir in sliced capsicum, meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes.
