What do i need?
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) uncooked Jenan Oats
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) fresh blueberries (or other berry)
- 2 tbsp apple juice

How do i prepare it?
- Place the Jenan Oats in a blender to break it up
- Once the oats look almost like dust, pour in the berries and juice(s)
- Blend again until everything is well mixed and it looks like a smoothie
- Pour the mixture from blender into a cup or bowl for your baby to enjoy
