Any and all business including acceptance of orders is transacted subject to the conditions herein set out which shall be deemed to be incorporated in and to be a condition of any agreement between company and its customers

• No Agent or Employee of the company has the authority to alter or vary these conditions except with company's written confirmation signed by the authorized signatory of the company
• Any information from the customer necessary to enable the company to proceed with any order must be furnished within reasonable time otherwise company may at its option to cancel he order.
• Times or dates for delivery are business estimate only and not contractual obligations of the company.  Company will use its reasonable effort to deliver by time and date requested
• Payment shall be made in local currencies in accordance with the terms agreed by the company.  All prices are exclusive of value added tax and any other taxes applicable in uae which the customer shall additionally be liable to pay at the prevailing rate to company
• Risk of damage or loss of the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
• Any claims made against the shipment should be at the discretion of Company and will be offset to invoice once the claim is agreed
• All goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer as in complete conformity with the contract unless within a reasonable time of 3 days from actual receipt by customer
• These conditions shall apply to transaction between customer and the company to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions on which the company's quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted by customer.  Any terms and conditions stated in any purchase order or other document received from customer shall not apply and no conduct by the company or any of its employees.
• These conditions all orders placed subject to these conditions and any dispute or claim arising out or in connection with the conditions or such orders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the emirates of Dubai.
